Assisting the Social Security Institution for the preparation of ToR, TS and market survey for the upcoming institution capacity building project- Specific contract n° ALTUN/SSI/0504.03/FWC/045
The overall objective of this project is to facilitate the adaptation process of Turkish social security legislation to the EU social security coordination Acquis and social security policy via strengthening the institutional and administrative capacity of Social Security Institution to develop aligned policies in the field of coordination of social security systems and social security policy.
The specific objective of the assignment is to prepare Terms of References (ToR) for the service tender and Technical Specifications (TS) for the supply tender and carry out necessary market researches for supply equipments for the project “Capacity Building of Social Security Institution”. The project will be carried out in two tasks :
Task 1: The preparation of Terms of Reference (ToR) for the service tender according to the project fiche.
Task 2: The preparation of Technical Specifications (TS) and carry out market survey for the supply tender |
