Formulation mission for the project: ‘Development of vocational training (apprenticeship) in the central Rif area’ – Morocco The general goal of the formulation mission is to validate, to complete and/or correct the identification card data in order to formulate a strong strategy of intervention and to prepare the Technical Specifications and the budget for project. Analysis and identification’s validation:
- Confirm the trades and sectors identified and suggested
- Analyze the legislative, strategic and political documents
- Identify the training centres and the companies
- Meet the other stakeholders
- Develop synergies between the various projects supported by the Belgian co-operation Preparation of the implementation:
- Identify a strategy of intervention
- Build up a logical framework for the project
- Specify the indicators of success
- Set up the mechanisms of management and implementation
- Specify the methods of report and evaluation
- Determine the human resources (with tasks and profiles), materials and financial means required |
