Cecoforma implemented the Technical Assistance support for the implementation of a grant scheme for active labour market measures in Croatia.

This mission is a specific request of the Multiple Framework Contract to recruit technical assistance for short-term expertise for exclusive benefit of third world countries benefiting from European Commission external aid - LOT 9 Education, Employment and Social – EuropeAid/119860/C/SV/multi lot n°9.

The CARDS programme for Croatia has launched a call for proposals for projects related to the creation of Local Partnerships for Employment at the beginning of October 2006, targeting eight Croatian counties. The total value of the grant scheme is €650,000. Individual grant contracts will range from €25,000 - €75,000. Thus, 8 to 25 contracts are expected.
